Totem
new album of Freakin' Disco
It was a great pleasure to work with the band, because from the first moment there was a great harmony between us. The music of my previous film (Botanica Exotica) was made by the band, that's how we got to know each other. We already talked about their new album while making the soundtrack. Especially since one of the songs was written for the film. In the end, however, it was not included in the film. :)
The cover and image of the new album were formed from the music and the thoughts of the musicians. We wanted to create a grotesque monster who was also surreal, but lovable. And the great creature is full of little stories, as we observe, we notice more and more of it. Small details, signs and symbols that are at least as diverse as the Totem album itself.
